About

Originally from Argentina and currently based in San Francisco, California. I specialize in building, scaling, and coaching design teams. I am formally trained as a graphic and interaction designer with 15 years of experience designing and launching user-centered digital products. Throughout my career, I have overseen various design teams in the United States, Latin America, and Europe, working with multiple clients and industries.

Currently, I'm the founding designer at Paloma Learning, where I lead design and UX research, harnessing AI to unleash parents' untapped teaching potential in their children's education.

In addition to my role as founding designer, I mentor and provide career advisory to designers. I'm also conducting research and write about AI in design and team rituals.

I have a deep connection to and passion for education. Not only have I served as a design professor throughout my career, but I also actively participate in classes for the Design Management MPS at Pratt Institute, Strategic Design and Management MS at Parsons as a guest lecturer, as well as with Colectivo 23 as an instructional designer and instructor.

// 03  Rituals & Talks

How do you cultivate a safe and collaborative team culture?

Throughout my career, I've had the honor of speaking at conferences, joining panels, and leading sessions around the world on design leadership, AI in design, and the power of team rituals.

My work explores how rituals keep us human, connected, and creative as design leaders, building better tools by building better teams.

Below, you can explore some of my latest collaborations. I also reflect and write about team rituals and AI+Design.

// 04  Mentoring

How can we become better learners and be more intentional in our impact?

I had the tremendous privilege of building my career with the guidance of empathetic and supportive teachers and mentors. This journey nurtured my passion for education and my mission to give back to the community.

Drawing from my experience as a design leader, I offer mentoring sessions for designers seeking career direction, enhancing team collaboration, or refining their portfolio to showcase their work effectively and strengthen their narrative.

"To be able to affect others, an artist must be an explorer, and their work of art has to be a quest. If they discovered everything, knows everything and is just preaching or entertaining, they make no effect. Only if they keeps searching, then the viewer, or listener, or reader fuses with them in the search."
